


Keyria, Inc, the former Ceric, Inc., with offices in Littleton, Colorado, is the North American branch of Keyria, headquartered in Paris, France. Keyria is a wholly owned division of the Legris Industries Group, located in Rennes, France.
The name change to Keyria, Inc. emphasizes the mission to represent and promote the various brand name products and technologies encompassing all of Keyria. This would include Ceric and Adler in France, Keller-HCW in Germany, Morando in Italy, Equipceramic in Spain as well as all of the related companies of the foregoing business units.
Keyria, Inc’s exclusive representation of the Keyria group of companies will help to insure that the specific needs of the North American customers are met.
Under the Keyria banner, the group will continue to develop and refine its current expertise in building products while identifying new fields of activity such as gypsum wallboard and plaster products. Sustained growth in the building products arena is driven by the close working relationship and the varied expertise among the Keyria group of companies.
Keyria, Inc. will continue to develop and expand their leadership in the design, engineering and automation of complete plants for clay products, concrete products, technical ceramics and the gypsum industry. These activities cover the entire globe and currently, include several thousand installations ranging from a single piece of equipment to a complete, turnkey manufacturing facility.
Keyria employs approximately 1750 people worldwide and has grown and will, more than likely, continue growth through strategic acquisition of key companies in their field of interest. Keyria, Inc. has grown rapidly since its founding in 1987 and currently employs over 30 engineers of various disciplines as well as a strong team of support individuals. Relying on this valuable core of design and engineering personnel, coupled with a sales, project management, site supervision, plant commissioning and after-sales service contingent, Keyria, Inc. has the capabilities to undertake and manage major turnkey projects.
